You may have noticed we recently updated our inventory. If you are one of our original customers who already has an order placed with us, rest assured that your order is still in our system, and you are being upgraded to a 1 gallon rose to thank you for your patience with us! If you already have an order, there is no need to contact us at this time. Your roses are set aside for you, and we will continue to ship them out at the appropriate time.
If you have placed a new order, thank you for your business, and welcome to the One Love Family! Please note that all plants/orders will be shipped out only when they are ready and when it is appropriate for your area. If you have questions about your newly placed order, please hold off on messaging us. We will be sending a newsletter updating everyone and answering most of these questions. If after this you still have questions, please send us an email and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Thank you!
For custom propagation orders, please be advised that this process may take anywhere from 8 months, to upwards of 18 months. It depends on many factors such as the time of year, growth rate of each plant, and may be affected by any extreme climate hardships which are outside of our control. Please pay attention to all descriptions and any notices. Make sure to read our return policy, as there are no exceptions. By ordering, you are depositing money for us to hold, care, and then ship an item to you. This is labor intensive and cannot be undone. We do accept order cancellations and changes within two business days of when an order is placed and must be done via email or through the contact form on our website. After this time period all sales are final. We are a small business and you are agreeing to have items custom propagated, nurtured, and held for you until they are ready.
We are updating the inventory for custom propagations and new products will become available over the next few days. Please note all items that are restocking this week are for custom propagation. We are working out the technical kinks in the process and apologize for any confusion. We appreciate your patience and understanding. More information is coming soon.
