Terms and Conditions

Plants will be shipped out when they are ready. Please pay attention to dates, descriptions, and any notices. Our shipping season begins in April. We ship live plants April-November, weather permitting. Make sure to read our return policy, as there are no exceptions. By ordering, you are depositing money for us to hold, care, and then ship an item to you. This is labor intensive and cannot be undone. If you chose to cancel an order, you will receive a 50% item cost store credit, plus full shipping refund in store credit. We are a small business and you are agreeing to have items custom propagated, cared, and held for you until they are ready.

Custom propagation orders take between 8 - 18 months.
All Custom Propagation order cancellations and changes must be made within two business days of when an order is placed and must be done via email or through the contact form on our website. After this time period all sales are final.

Return Policy

Returns must be communicated via email to us. Email us immediately if there are any concerns with your order. Returns will be processed by order, and at our discretion. We do not refund cancelled orders without a viable reason. Store credit will be issued. No changes can be made after placing the order due to our current system. If your rose arrives dead, please contact us within 24 hours. We do not guarantee anything beyond arriving alive and being true to name. We do not offer a warranty beyond this.
