We do NOT accept returns of any kind. We do not allow returns due to pest and disease concerns, and bio-security for our nursery. Email us immediately if there are any concerns with your order. Refunds will be processed by order, and at our discretion. We do not refund canceled orders without a viable reason. Store credit will be issued. No changes can be made after placing the order due to our current system. If your rose arrives dead, please contact us within 24 hours for a replacement or refund, at our discretion. We do not guarantee anything beyond arriving alive and being true to name. We do not offer a warranty beyond this.
